Deb Landry is the president, founder, and executive director of Bryson Taylor Inc., PIA, and is a bestselling, award-winning children's author. With over 40 years of experience in business administration, management, coaching, consulting, and publishing, Deb specializes in operational and organization management and holds certifications in parent coaching, wedding planning, event planning and design, professional image, and etiquette consulting.
As a coach, she specializes in social awareness behaviors, personal growth, professional development, and character education, focusing on developmental education to raise resilient and respectful youth. Over the past 17 years, she has added extensive pageant coaching experience.

Cheryl Gifford is a Certified Professional Coach specializing in business and life coaching. She is an educator teaching high school as a JMG specialist. She holds a BA from Suffulk University and a postgraduate teaching certificate from the University of Maine. Cheryl is also the Executive Director of Young American Women of Service, an international scholarship based pageant. She lives in Maine with her daughter.
Michele Libby has been involved with pageantry for more than 20 years. She competed locally through her school years and has been a pageant mom for the past 13 years as her daughter entered the world of pageantry. Professionally she served in the banking and financial field for the past 14 years as a Customer Service Associate, Electronic Services Specialist, and Financial Services Specialist. She recently decided on a career change to focus her time on her children, their sports interests, and her passion for becoming an image pageant consultant. Michele is the pageant director for the Miss Fourth of July Pageant in Jonesport and a MASP local director. She lives in Jonesport with her husband Glenn and two children, Skyla and Garrett. Her daughter Skyla has been involved in pageantry since the age of 1 and held many local and state titles, including Little Miss Fourth of July, Jr. Miss Beals, Jr. Miss Blueberry Festival Queen, Maine Princess, New Hampshire Jr. High 2014, Maine Jr. High 2015, Penobscot Valley Jr. Teen 2016, Acadia Jr. Teen 2017, Miss Downeast Maine Jr. Teen 2017 to mention a few. Michele has experience in many aspects of pageantry, both locally and nationally, as a director, mom, and consultant. She has a strong passion for community involvement and has instilled in her children the importance of building character while helping others in need. That is evident as her daughter currently holds 10 service awards from the past 3 years.

Jasmine DeRier is a 10 year veteran as a MASP local pageant director. She has also filled the responsibility of the Ms. Maine assistant director. Currently, she is the national executive director of American Women of Service.
Pageantry has been a tool Jasmine has used to connect with and impact communities and women across the nation. Her greatest accomplishment in the world of pageantry was being named the 2014 MASP Director of the Year and earning the title of Ms. Maine Role Model in 2016. She is an active executive Crossroads Board member and a member of the MASP advisory board.
Jasmine has an Associates's Degree in Elementary Education and is self-employed as a full-time professional consultant. Jasmine is the founder of the American Women of Service Pageant, which was named in the top ten best Mrs. Pageant in the US by Pageant Planet in 2016.
