Cheryl Gifford as a business and professional life coach and consultant
Cheryl Gifford is a Certified Professional Coach specializing in business and life coaching. She is an educator teaching high school as a JMG specialist. She holds a BA from Suffulk University and a postgraduate teaching certificate from the University of Maine. She lives in Maine with her daughter.
Wendy Maple has been involved in pageantry for 15 years and is a certified pageant judge. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Project Management from the University of Maine at Presque Isle. Professionally, she has been employed at MMG Insurance for 14 years and is a Project Manager and Lead Scrum Master in the Enterprise Architecture domain. As a lead scrum master, Wendy coaches teams on communication, body language, and emotional intelligence in international software delivery programs. She holds several certifications, including Agile Certified Practitioner, Advanced Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and holds the insurance industry’s prestigious Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.
Wendy resides in Mapleton, Maine, with her husband Christopher and their children, Dustin, Delaney, and Dyllan. Their daughter, Delaney, has been involved in pageantry for many years. She has held multiple local, state, and national titles, including Little Miss Maine Potato Queen, USA National Miss Maine Jr. Teen, USA National Jr. Teen Role Model, and is the reigning USA National Miss Maine Sr. Role Model and USA National Miss Maine Teen. Wendy’s passion for leadership, community service, and pageantry are displayed throughout her daughter’s pageant journey. She specializes in all aspects of preparation, including Interviews, wardrobes, stage presence, and portfolio building. Wendy is available throughout Northern Maine. Deb Landry is the president, founder, and executive director of Bryson Taylor Inc., PIA, and is a bestselling, award-winning children's author. With over 40 years of experience in business administration, management, coaching, consulting, and publishing, Deb specialized in operational and organization management and holds certifications in parent coaching, wedding planning, event planning and design, professional image, and etiquette consultant.
As a coach, she specializes in social awareness behaviors, personal growth, professional development, and character education, focusing on developmental education to raise resilient and respectful youth. Over the past 17 years, she has added extensive pageant coaching experience.
A humanitarian, Deb is the co-founder, President-Chairman of the Board, and Executive Director of Crossroads Youth Center, a 501-c3 nonprofit scholarship, community art based organization, including the Maine Academic Scholarship Program, Unite Against Bullying ME/USA, and The Crown CARES.
With recognition and several awards for her work, including A Presidential Volunteer Lifetime Achievement Honorary, Rotary's Paul Harris Award, National Collegiate Director of the Year, National Director of the Year UNM, Best in Pageantry Awards, and the STAR Community Service Award, Deb has been interviewed and featured on NBC, CBS, national radio, and several publications including The Phoenix, USA Weekend Magazine, Raising Maine Magazine, Seventeen Magazine, Women's Day Magazine, and Child Magazine.
She has had the honor of coaching many incredible women and men on their journey to the crown, a modeling contract, weddings, print media, television, and most importantly, people preparing a resume for that special job.

PIA consultant, Dawn Smith, has extensive experience in pageantry and wedding planning. Dawn is also the President and manages a welding supply company in Alexander, Maine, and New Brunswick. She serves on many boards in Washington County and is an EMT-Firefighter. Recently, Dawn was appointed to the board of directors of Crossroads Youth Center to develop youth programs in the Washington County area.
She had the luxury of attending college on a scholarship she won in a pageant in high school and has continued to coach director and judge pageants since High School. Planning weddings is a passion of hers. She loves creating new beginnings for couples.
Dawn holds a BS in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Eckerd College in St Petersburg, FL, and London, England.

Shannon Folsom began her pageant career at age 17 when she was crowned Miss Maine’s Outstanding Teen 2008. At the national pageant in Orlando, Florida, she was awarded full tuition to the Troy University Scholarship for outstanding academic performance. An accomplished actress and singer, she was also one of three MAOT contestants selected to accompany the national winner to Hollywood, California, to attend an actor’s workshop put on by the pageant’s talent sponsor, Dolphin Entertainment. She won the first Miss Maine Collegiate Pageant and advanced to the national pageant in San Antonio, Texas, where she was crowned Miss Collegiate America 2011. Shannon made good use of her Miss Collegiate America scholarship, obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Maine, Orono, with the highest academic distinction of summa cum laude. Her pageant experience opened the door to the modeling field, participating in runway shows in Paris, New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, and San Antonio. She has modeled for Pageantry Magazine and appearing in several other print campaigns. Shannon is signed with several models group and has worked on the Daily Show with Trever Noah. She worked as a national spokesperson and event planner for a health company and is currently a national traveling spokesperson for Chrysler and an image consultant, event planner, and pageant prep coach with PIA. She is located in Dallas. She is available through Skype/Zoom or in-person in the Dallas area.
Michele Libby has been involved with pageantry for more than 20 years. She competed locally through her school years and has been a pageant mom for the past 13 years as her daughter entered the world of pageantry. Professionally she served in the banking and financial field for the past 14 years as a Customer Service Associate, Electronic Services Specialist, and Financial Services Specialist. She recently decided on a career change to focus her time on her children, their sports interests, and her passion for becoming an image pageant consultant. Michele is the pageant director for the Miss Fourth of July Pageant in Jonesport and a MASP local director. She lives in Jonesport with her husband Glenn and two children, Skyla and Garrett. Her daughter Skyla has been involved in pageantry since the age of 1 and held many local and state titles, including Little Miss Fourth of July, Jr. Miss Beals, Jr. Miss Blueberry Festival Queen, Maine Princess, New Hampshire Jr. High 2014, Maine Jr. High 2015, Penobscot Valley Jr. Teen 2016, Acadia Jr. Teen 2017, Miss Downeast Maine Jr. Teen 2017 to mention a few. Michele has experience in many aspects of pageantry, both locally and nationally, as a director, mom, and consultant. She has a strong passion for community involvement and has instilled in her children the importance of building character while helping others in need. That is evident as her daughter currently holds 10 service awards from the past 3 years.

Since she was six years old, Crystal Annis has been involved in pageantry and had experience competing on the local, state, and national levels.
In 2015, Crystal competed at USA National Miss, representing Downeast Maine, and was a Top 15 finalist in her division. For the last three years, she has taken on Assistant Director for the St. Croix Valley and Eastern Maine Pageants, both preliminaries to the Maine Academic Scholarship Pageant. Crystal attended the University of New England, where she graduated cum laude with her Bachelor's degree in Medical Biology and is currently employed by Eyecare Medical Group in Portland, Maine as their Refractive Surgery Coordinator.
She is a George J. Mitchell Scholar and an active volunteer in her community, earning the President’s Volunteer Service Award Gold Medal in 2015, 2016, and 2017.

Jasmine DeRier is a 5 year veteran as a MASP local pageant director. She has also filled the responsibility of the Ms. Maine assistant director. Currently, she is the national executive director of American Women of Service, the state director of USA National Miss Connecticut and Rhode Island. She directs the Maine local Penobscot Valley Pageant.
Pageantry has been a tool Jasmine has used to connect with and impact communities and women across the nation. Her greatest accomplishment in the world of pageantry was being named the 2014 MASP Director of the Year and earning the title of Ms. Maine Role Model in 2016. She is an active executive Crossroads Board member and a member of the MASP advisory board.
Jasmine has an Associates's Degree in Elementary Education and is self-employed as a full-time professional consultant. Jasmine is the founder of the American Women of Service Pageant, which was named in the top ten best Mrs. Pageant in the US by Pageant Planet in 2016.
