With over 40 years of experience in business administration, management, coaching, consulting, and publishing, Deb specializes in operational and organization management and holds certifications in travel, business coaching, parent coaching, wedding planning, event planning and design, professional image, and etiquette consulting. 
As a coach, she specializes in social awareness behaviors, personal growth, interviews, professional development, and character education, focusing on developmental education to raise resilient and respectful youth.​
