In addition to our full-service planning package, the two most popular services are:

  1. An Initial Planning Consultation – A two-hour consultation designed to help couples establish a clear vision, budget, timeline, and planning strategy.

  2. Wedding Day Coordination – A professional coordinator who manages the wedding day and reception, ensuring everything runs smoothly according to plan.

 

If I already have a venue or caterer, do I still need a wedding planner?

Yes. While venues and caterers typically oversee details related to their specific services, they do not manage the entire wedding experience.

Their responsibilities usually include venue setup, food service, and beverage management.

However, they generally do not:

  • Confirm all vendors

  • Coordinate timelines between vendors

  • Run the wedding rehearsal

  • Organize the rehearsal dinner

  • Decorate ceremony or reception spaces

  • Cue the wedding party during the ceremony
